We will accept the return of any unworn, unwashed coat that was bought on our e-commerce site within 30 days of the original purchase for a full refund or size exchange. The returned coat must be sent back due to the following reasons: 1) it didn’t fit, 2) it was the wrong size/style, 3) it was defective or 4) it wasn’t what the shopper was expecting.
All returns must be approved by Santa Fe Apparel. We will not accept a return at our warehouse without a return authorization form. Please e-mail us at email@example.com to be issued a return authorization form, as well as a pre-paid FedEx label. If you cannot reach out to us via e-mail, please call us at (212) 380-2303.
Please note that full refunds and size exchanges will not be issued until we receive confirmation from our warehouse that the return has been received. Santa Fe Apparel will only issue refunds to the same card that the order was purchased with. When the reimbursement appears on credit cards statements is based solely on the card’s conditions, not Santa Fe Apparel’s. We estimate that it will be reflected 5-10 days after the refund has been given.
